What we design
We are designers and engineers. We design, calculate, permit and supervise; your contractor builds, with a design that works.
Every client arrives at a different moment. Pick yours.
What we do in your case, what we deliver and which regulations apply.
A warehouse is six projects that have to fit together.
Pick the type of space, rotate the model and switch each layer. This is how we work in BIM: every discipline in one coordinated model before work starts on site.
Illustrative example
Not a conventional engineering firm. We start with your process.
First we understand how you work, then we design where.

We learn your activity: material, people and vehicle flows.
A layout that removes walking, waiting and non-value tasks.
The building is designed around the operation, in a virtual model.
HVAC, power, fire protection and fluids sized for the operation.
We legalise the activity and manage works with your contractor.
After start-up, we measure and adjust.
How many loading docks does your warehouse need?
The costliest mistake is sizing with the daily average. Docks are sized for the peak hour.
Preliminary estimate with a 20% safety margin. Final sizing is validated in the project with the real fleet and flow simulation.
Technical decisions you notice every day.

Extension of the medical centre in Sant Joan Despí: more space, more functionality
When a medical centre needs to grow, it is not just a matter of adding square metres. The extension has to integrate well into the whole and respond to an activity in which comfort, accessibility and functionality are key. That is what the ALTERTECNIA team has done in the extension of a private medical centre in Sant Joan Despí (Barcelona).

Motocard has just opened a new store in the Urbil shopping centre in Gipuzkoa, and it has done so in style: more than 1000 m² devoted entirely to motorcycling. It is the brand's first physical store in the province, a key step in its expansion across northern Spain.

Motocard Montijo: retail design for a new store-museum in Portugal
Motocard continues to consolidate its growth in Portugal with a new opening in Montijo, in the Lisbon metropolitan area, on the south bank of the Tagus. Opened on 28 May, this store becomes the brand's fifth outlet in the country and number 31 in its European network.

Why loading dock design shapes all day-to-day logistics
How many minutes are lost per day, per week, per month… because a vehicle is waiting its turn to load or unload? In industrial logistics, efficiency is not created in the warehouse alone: it is forged much earlier, in the design of the loading docks and in how smoothly vehicles and workers share the same space.

How we designed an industrial cold room: more capacity without compromising operations
In an industrial facility with refrigeration, the capacity of the cold room is a key factor in the success of the project. In this project for Panabad, one of the key elements was precisely that: designing a large cold room capable of meeting storage and order-preparation needs. And to achieve this, decisions had to be taken from the very start of the project.
